All single, full-time undergraduate students under the age of 21 or having fewer than 60 hours are required to live in University residence hall facilities. Exception is made for students residing with their parents within 50 miles of the Richmond campus as determined by using an official state map. You must be 21 years of age prior to the first day of classes of any given semester or have completed 59 credit hours to live off-campus for that semester. Students failing to meet this requirement will be assessed the lowest price residence hall fee. An additional Commuter Information Form must be completed at EKU Housing to request the exception.

Charges include Residence Hall, Rent, Telephone*, and TV Cable.
