Students who find it necessary to leave the University under any circumstances must withdraw online at www.online.eku.edu. No refunds can be made on certain class fees and optional fees as established by the Eastern Kentucky University Board of Regents. Any student receiving financial assistance may be required to repay part or all of their award based on the length of time attended, or when the student withdraws from classes. Weekend Terms: All weekend terms encompass Fri/Sat/Sun. Some weekend term classes meet Friday & Saturday only, others may meet Saturday & Sunday only. Regardless of when a specific class meets the Friday of any weekend term is the last day to ADD/DROP a class offered in that term. The Saturday of any weekend term is the last day to WITHDRAW from a class offered in that term. Because of the compressed nature of a weekend term there is no "Mid-Term" and no Mid-Term Grade should be expected by any student.

Residence Hall and Board Plan Refunds
Refunds for Residence Halls will be determined by the refund policy that is currently in effect. Under no circumstances will a refund be made of Residence Hall fees if a student moves from the University Housing at his/her convenience. Approved refunds for the Board plans are also based on the refund schedule above.
